I recently stayed here and loved the beautiful lobby with stunning views and enjoyed an amazing breakfast on the west side deck. The indoor pool area was a relaxing oasis. Everything felt fresh and inviting!

Exceptional service and breathtaking views!

Enjoyed great views from the balcony, hit up the nearby Prescott Country Club for golf, and tried out the Eagle's Nest lounge for some fun. Staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The lobby was full of smoke when we arrived, which was pretty off-putting. Needs better ventilation for a more pleasant entry experience.

The King Suite was really spacious and had a fantastic view of Prescott. I loved waking up to such a stunning sight each morning! The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a little flat for my taste. Also, I appreciated the small fridge in the room, even if it didn’t come with a microwave. Cleanliness was good overall, just a minor dead bug found in the bathroom. It felt cozy and inviting, though!

Outdated room conditions need urgent attention!!! The cleanliness level in both common areas and rooms must improve!!! Amenities like gym equipment shouldn't be broken or out of date!!!

An upgrade to a king suite provided a stunning view and a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the quinoa bowl from the bar was impressive. However, the lack of a microwave was a downside, and I faced a minor inconvenience due to noise from the hallway. Overall, the staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Comfortable room, clean room, with a wonderful bed that ensured an excellent night's sleep and great decor that added to the overall ambiance, complemented by a friendly staff that provided exceptional service and a fantastic view from the balcony that truly enhanced my stay.

The views from our King Suite were amazing, overlooking the lush hills and vibrant downtown. Relaxing on our spacious balcony while sipping coffee was a daily treat!

Great Views, but Needs Improvements

The stunning views captivated us instantly! However, the room was rather outdated, lacking proper amenities like towel hooks. The Eagles Nest offered good food but felt overpriced and was often crowded. For better comfort, try to bring your own snacks and drinks. Consider a room on a higher floor for even better views!

Not Worth the Price for Families

The staff was friendly and really tried to help us when we had trouble with the TV; Bryson came quick and got it sorted. The view from our room was lovely, but that’s about where the positives stop.

The cleanliness was a total letdown, and there were major issues with the billing system that had me running to the front desk way too often. Not to mention the slippery shower situation was real sketchy.

The Prescott Resort & Conference Center features elegant decor and stunning views from the patios, making it an inviting and comfortable place for seniors. The accessibility to various facilities was convenient and made my stay enjoyable.
